Business Development Manager – US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team — someone who understands the US healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) landscape and knows how to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating growth strategies, and establishing a business development function from the ground up.
You'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the US healthcare outsourcing market, developing long-term client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the US healthcare, medical billing, and RCM industry
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Client Acquisition: Build relationships with healthcare providers, physician groups, billing companies, and healthcare organizations to generate new business
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, client needs, and emerging opportunities within the US healthcare outsourcing market
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement scalable business development processes, KPIs, and growth strategies while helping build the department from scratch
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships that strengthen the company's market position and create long-term growth opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the US healthcare, medical billing, or RCM industry
- Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows, insurance processes, medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business development function independently
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales prospecting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Existing network of healthcare providers, physician groups, or medical billing companies in the US
- Experience selling healthcare BPO, medical billing, RCM, credentialing, coding, or healthcare IT services
- Experience managing high-value B2B accounts and long sales cycles
