Content Creator (Video Planning, Shooting & Editing)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator who can independently plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for our brand. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, and can turn ideas into high-quality videos that drive engagement and growth.

What You'll Do

• Video Concept Development: Plan and develop creative video concepts aligned with brand goals
• Content Planning: Create content calendars and shoot plans to maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Video Production: Shoot high-quality videos — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, product videos, behind-the-scenes, and more
• Post-Production: Edit videos professionally with engaging cuts, captions, transitions, and sound design
• Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas that drive engagement
• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns
• Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of content as per schedule
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all content

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Video Editor
• Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• Understanding of lighting, framing, and basic cinematography
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Portfolio required (social media links or previous work samples)

Bonus Points

• Photography skills
• Basic graphic design knowledge
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
• Understanding of performance-driven content
