About the Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who can take a pile of raw footage and cut it into something people can't stop watching. You'll sit inside our Production team, editing the short-form stories our channels publish every day — pace, punch, and polish, on deadline.

What You'll Do
- Edit & Assemble: Cut raw footage into tight, engaging videos with no dead air — the hook lands in the first seconds
- Sound & Motion: Add music, subtitles, graphics, and effects that lift the story instead of decorating it
- Work the Script: Collaborate with storytellers and voiceover artists so the edit and the narration land as one
- Keep It On Brand: Maintain visual consistency across channels while turning work around daily
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- A strong sense of pacing, transitions, and audio syncing
- An eye for detail and visual storytelling
- The ability to run multiple edits in parallel without missing deadlines
Bonus Points
- Motion graphics experience
- Social-first editing instincts (Reels, Shorts, TikTok formats)
- Color grading skills
