The role
We're not looking for someone to shadow meetings and take notes. We're looking for a Storyteller in training — someone who wants to learn how a brand becomes a feeling, a scroll becomes a stop, and a caption becomes a genuine connection.
For four weeks you'll sit inside our Story team, write for real brands and real audiences, and get line-by-line feedback from the people who do this every day. If words are your instrument, this is where you learn to play them professionally.

The four weeks
Find the voice
How our brands sound, and why. Story structure, hooks, and rewriting real captions until they land.
Write for real
Live briefs from live campaigns. You draft, we edit together, and the best lines ship.
Own a story
One brief, end to end: research the audience, find the angle, write every word yourself.
Show your work
Polish your strongest pieces and present them to the Story leads. Leave with proof you can do this.
What we need from you
- You write compulsively — captions, scripts, tweets, anything with a hook
- Sharp written English and Urdu
- You can hear "rewrite it" and come back better
- In Lahore and available full-time for the four weeks
Bonus points
- A portfolio of any kind — memes count if they moved people
- Short-form video scripts or hooks you've written
- You watch ads to the end, just to see how they're built
What you'll leave with
Published work
Your words, live on real brands — portfolio pieces, not classroom exercises.
Real mentorship
Daily, line-by-line feedback from working storytellers, not a slide deck.
A path
Our full-time Storyteller seat is open. Strong interns get first look.
Nobody remembers a caption. Everybody remembers a feeling.
That's the craft. Four weeks to start learning it.
